New patients are accepted, however a referral is required from a primary care provider (family physician, walk-in physician or your nurse practitioner).

If you have an existing appointment and wish to change or cancel, please contact the office.
Fertility:
The first step to becoming a patient is getting a referral from your family physician or walk-in clinic.

Referrals can be faxed to (705) 222-7226.
Those patients with partners should have them attend the initial consultation. Please bring your OHIP card, if available.
